Our camps sit between the military boot camps and the holiday camps. As military veteran instructors we do apply firm but fair dicipline principals but do so in a theraputical and collaborative way. Our goal is not to scare them into submission but encourage new ways of thinking through the use of evidence based methods. We also use adventure based tools and team activites to provide practical hands on learning. Each day on camp there is 2-3 hours of interactive workshop activites covering a range of life skill topics. 

Workshop Topics

  • Resilience for both physical and mental wellbeing,
  • Leadership and team work in varying environments.
  • Social skills for more friends, and dealing with bullies.
  • Independence, self-awareness, and self discovery.
  • Conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding and dealing with emotions.
  • Self-esteem and motivation.
  • Setting goals and achieving them.

  • 6-7 Health and Fitness Training
  • 7-8 Morning Routine
  • 8-9 Breakfast 
  • 9-12 Workshop Sessions
  • 12-1 Lunch
  • 1-2 Team Buliding / Sport
  • 2-5 Adventure Training Activity
  • 5-6 Dinner
  • 6-7 Social Skills / Public Speaking
  • 7-8 Personal Time (Journal)
  • 8-9 Night Routine
  • 9pm Lights Out

Within 2hrs of Brisbane and for security reasons exact location is only released to parents upon pickup.
